Define Your Non-Negotiables - Podcast Ep. #64
The adage is true that you become like the 5 people that you spend the most time with. You are affected by the 5 places you spend the most time in, and what you spend your time on and focus on the most – these are the things that grow in your life. I would encourage you to spend some time reflecting on these things:
- The five people you spend the most time with
- The five environments that you hang out the most in
- And, the things you focus and spend your time on on a daily basis
You will begin to see why you have certain outcomes in your life.
What I am learning to do is set my non-negotiables. These are something you stick to every day – No matter what.
