We spend a lot of time – wasting time.
We mostly spend time on things that don’t serve us, like worrying about things that we can’t control, buffering with things like food, alcohol and Netflix to escape the life that we don’t necessarily love. We also spend time people pleasing by saying yes to everyone and everything, rather than saying No and using that time to focus on improving our own lives.
