Did you know that you get to decide about your life? It took me a long time to realize that was the case. I went through life thinking that others get to decide for me. Others like my parents, my teachers, my friends, my boss, the government. Nope, as an adult you get to decide.

My question to you is…what are you trying to escape from? What are you procrastinating on and what can you implement in your life that you want to do, so that you can be in a place where you can do less of what you don’t want to do?
