In the 17th episode of Living Life Beyond the Couch Podcast, I am giving you five things that you can do to help with aging well. I'm also providing you with eight of the top foods to incorporate in your daily diet that can help slow down the aging process.
Blueberry Pudding Recipe by Dr. Josh Axe (4 Servings)
- 1 C Coconut milk
- 1 C Goat or coconut kefir
- 3 Avocadoes
- 1 C Blueberries
- 4 Tbsp Chia seeds, ground
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Drop peppermint oil extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate and serve cold.
