Your Non-Negotiables

If you don't have a list of NON-NEGOTIABLES, you could be missing out on one of your best tools for staying on track when you find your healthy habits slipping away.

Let's say your schedule suddenly gets crazy.

So you grab a takeout meal (or two) miss a coaching appointment, and sleep takes a back seat.

And before you know it, you feel back to square one.

Instead, your non-negotiables can protect you from that happening in the first place.

They're something you stick to every day - NO MATTER WHAT.

Here are some examples of non-negotiables:

  • A daily meal plan, no matter what
  • 80oz+ of water daily
  • Eating protein at every meal

These work as an anchor to your self-care, your health, and your well-being.

Plus, they're a reminder to yourself that YOU matter...and will help bring you back to center.

So, do you have non-negotiables? If you don't, it's time to think about creating some!

One of the best ways that I stay on track is with non-negotiables. I have a non-negotiable of my water, eating daily veggies and getting in my protein goal daily.

I also have daily step goals and do my best to hit it every day! It's the one thing that not only helps me to move my body, but also clears my mind.

If you are ready to get back to your weight loss goals and set some non-negotiables, book a Free Consult with me today!

Until next time...Take Care of You!
