Fall is here and winter is right around the corner.

Before we jump into a new month and the 4th quarter, let's recap the main points that we covered in September:
Assess your sugar intake. Sugar can be as addictive as drugs or alcohol.

Studies also show that sugar can decrease your collagen and increase triglycerides
Be proactive by including probiotic foods in your diet to improve gut health
Stay hydrated during the winter months to flush toxins and improve your immunity
The foods we eat can affect our brain. Eat foods that improve brain health like berries, fish and green leafy vegetables.
